For Nurses & Caregivers

Do I have to live in Lexington to work with Alliance?

Not at all. We staff facilities across Central Kentucky, including Danville, Frankfort, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Versailles, Winchester, Paris, Mt. Sterling, and beyond. Many of our nurses and caregivers work shifts in their own community and rarely, if ever, drive to Lexington.
Can I choose which cities or facilities I work in?

Yes. You tell us where you’re willing to work and what schedule fits your life, and we match you with open shifts in those areas. You’re never obligated to accept an assignment outside your preferred area — though once you commit to a shift, we do ask that you honor that commitment.
How does 100% daily pay work if I'm working outside Lexington?
What kinds of facilities could I be placed in?

Hospitals, nursing homes and long-term care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, assisted living communities, physician offices, schools and group homes — plus in-home care assignments for caregivers. We place CNAs, LPNs, RNs, caregivers, and other clinical and non-clinical professionals.
What if I have a question or problem during a shift far from the office?

Yes — that’s exactly why this page exists. We staff hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities throughout Central Kentucky, from Louisville to Mt. Sterling. Because we recruit nurses and caregivers who live throughout the region, we can often place staff who are local to your facility.
How quickly can you fill a shift at our facility?

Our on-call representative is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and emergency staffing is one of our specialties. Facilities in our service area can often be staffed with a single call — many clients tell us one call is all it takes to be fully staffed for the day’s operation.
Are your staff credentialed to the same standard everywhere?

Yes. Every Alliance employee — regardless of where they’re placed — is thoroughly vetted: professional licensure verification, work references, background checks, drug screens, OIG checks, OSHA-mandated medical information, and JCAHO-mandated competency and skills testing. Staff profiles are available to clients on request.
What staffing arrangements do you offer?
